Romana’s Returns & Refunds Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before making a pur-chase.
1. Inspect Your Order
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If there is an issue, contact us within:
· 3 days of receipt for damaged or incorrect items
· 7 days of receipt for unwanted items
Requests made after these periods may not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.
2. Returns
You may return items if:
· The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
· You contact us within 7 days of delivery
Returns that are not due to damage or our error must be returned at your own cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or re-funded:
· Opened or used products
· Custom-made or personalised items
· Sale or clearance items
4. Refunds
· Refunds will only be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
· If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days.
· Refunds may be issued as store credit or via EFT, at our discretion.
· Sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges
· We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
· No other product exchanges are permitted.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order is damaged or incorrect:
1. Contact us within 3 days of receipt
2. Provide clear, dated photos of the item and packaging
3. We will review and, if approved, either:
o Send a replacement at no additional cost
o Issue a refund
o Provide store credit
7. Order Cancellations
· Orders may be cancelled before dispatch with no charge.
· If your order has been processed and packed, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
8. Return Shipping
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
· Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
