- Delivery Options
We currently deliver within South Africa via PostNet services. You can choose from:
- PostNet-to-PostNet – Collect your order from your nearest PostNet store.
- PostNet-to-Door – Delivery to your specified address.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery Areas and Timeframes
- Orders are typically dispatched twice a week.
- Delivery to main centres usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on location.
- Main centres are generally areas within a 30 km radius of the following cities:
Johannesburg, Pretoria, Polokwane, Rustenburg, Nelspruit, Vaal Triangle, Kimberley, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Stellenbosch, and Richards Bay. - Delivery to outlying or remote areas may take longer.
- Shipping Conditions
- Romana’s will not be held liable for delays, loss, damage, or incorrect deliveries caused by third-party couriers or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
- All parcels are shipped subject to PostNet’s Standard Conditions of Carriage, which include:
- Goods must be correctly packed and labelled to ensure safe transportation.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch, unless insurance is arranged.
- Insurance
- Insurance can be arranged upon request at the customer’s expense.
- If insurance is not selected, all goods are shipped entirely at the customer’s risk.
- Customer Responsibility
- Ensure that your delivery details (address, contact information) are accurate at the time of order.
- If a parcel is undeliverable due to incorrect details, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
- Customers are encouraged to track their parcels using the tracking details provided.
