- General Information This website is operated by Romana’s. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Romana’s. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes.
- Products Our products include hand-poured candles, home and body fragrances, and accessories. As items are handmade, slight variations in appearance, scent, or colour may occur. All products are subject to availability.
- Pricing All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Please note that we are a new business, hence we are not yet VAT registered.
- Orders Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect product or pricing information
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
- Payment Payments may be made via EFT or Visa Card using the secure payment gateway Yoco. We do not store your banking or credit card details. Transactions are processed in a secure environment.
- Shipping & Delivery We deliver within South Africa via PostNet with two delivery options available – PostNet to PostNet (for your collection at your nearest PostNet store) or PostNet to Door (delivery to your specified location). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are typically dispatched twice a week, and delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on location. We are not liable for delays, damages, or incorrect deliveries caused by the third-party courier services or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

- Returns & Refunds We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Unwanted items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds may be issued as store credit.

- Cancellation Policy Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If cancelled after payment but before dispatch, a 10% handling fee may apply. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Use of Website You agree not to misuse this website. Prohibited activities include:
- Gaining unauthorised access to systems
- Distributing malware or spam
- Copying or redistributing content without written permission
We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts found in violation.
